Hey hey hey, ease up there! Your problem might be that you're a little over-eager, and that's turning off Shaun. Sounds like he might be a little intimidated by you, or that he's just uncomfortable with the whole situation. Make it a point to be more mellow around him, almost like you don't care...remember the more interest you show in him now, the more he's going to try and run away. You just have to be as casual as possible around him, and try to talk about what happened that night if you haven't before. You could even apologize for being drunk and stupid, but say that you're kind of glad that it all happened like that.
Maybe the most important thing here is to be open to looking for other guys to go out with. The more determined you are to hook up with Shaun, the more it could hurt you.

First if he's off and on with his x he's not ready to date and if he does date it will be off an on because he hasn't had the time that he needs to get over her... you can say I am wrong but you must remember I am an outsider looking in right now you have a lot of emotions riding on it..thats why I said that.. second.. people do things when their drunk they don't remember so honestly he may just feel akward he may think something happened but isn't sure about it..lol.. it happens

i can only offer you my opinion, when you found out shaun was back with his ex- i strongly feel you became angry and jealous over the fact he hadn't chosen you, you get smashed knowing he is with someone else and while your friend is there in your smashed state you pinned him up against the fridge and your friend you was there had to witniess this more likely embarrassed by it all. the reason why this guy is acting shy around you is he took disadvantage of you being drunk for sex and can't face you over it he has a guilty complex

I am assuming you are under 18...so here goes --> what you did is pretty sad. You cheapened yourself to win someone over who really doesn't care much for you. My suggestion is to stop acting immature and grow up! What happened in the living room is something that should NOT have happened. Put it in the past and learn from this BIG mistake.

Wow, you're a drunk and he's a sleaze. You wanna be with a guy who will make out with any drunk chick that happens to be in the mood? And he doesn't mind being with someone who's only goal in life seems to be "get as many STDs as possible"? Then go for it.
How old are you, 14?

That's really not the best way to start off a relationship. He probably thinks you are easy now anyway. Go find someone else and don't be so promiscuous with people you barely know.

Okay...how old are you two? Handjobs and fingering??? Isn't that like middle school type of stuff? If this is so, then why are you two getting drunk? Anyway, just go up to him and talk to him. He probably thinks that you don't remember because you were drunk. Let him know how you feel and quit with the handjobs and stuff.

Are you trying to be ghetto? Keep the trash out of your life, act like a responsible, moral young woman and grow up.
Otherwise, with this kind of drama, you will end up pregnant, on WIC and living in HUD housing, watching Maury while feeding your child before you leave to work at McDonalds, or Dollar General.
Wake up.

Wow, Well he's single now? and are you? if so, ask him out, obviously theres nothing left to share. and obviously you two want each other, in more ways counted. Just go with I'm, and the shyness will probably lift, he's prolly just amazed on what happenned.
