Someone suggested photo.net for editing...anyone know if its any good?

I don't know about this photo.net.
One of the best programs is a free editing/organizing tool from Google called Picasa. It is very good.
Another thing you might try is the Microsoft Office Picture Manager that comes with recent versions of Microsoft Office.

Take a look at picasa2 from google, it has to be one of the best free image editing programmes around, also go to :
www.computeractive.co.uk and check the downloads they will have other free image editing software besides picasa2

i downloaded gimp picasa picasa is easier to use but pretty basic tools gimp is almost like photoshop but free both are free downloadable programs.
