The only definitive way to increase bust size is through implants. You will see places advertising herbs but not only are they not FDA approved, but they are a waste of money and don't work. Others will claim that certain exercises help, but they do not. If you are unhappy about your size, talk to your doctor.
If you are under 20, you are still young and development is still occurring so there is still time to increase size.

Well there seem to be so many things out now a days. I don't think we ever had a option as to being able to enlarge without surgery. They have pills and cream,etc. Be careful because it's a industry and they just want to sell. Be sure to read labels and discuss with your doctor before putting anything into your precious body.good luck

Gain weight!!!
The down side is that you have to work out the "difficult" areas, much harder, to keep them slim, but increasing the fat content in your diet should add to the fatty tissue of the breasts.
I am not 100% sure about this but three of my friends swear by it and curse me for having been naturally endowed...

My friend's breasts were practically non-existant then she heard about this drug (the name of which i cannot remember) that Tara Palmer Tomkinson took. It costs about £200 but it works. Basically it takes a while but they do get bIgger. All you have to do is findout what the name was (by finding out what Tara Palmer Tomkinson took). Im sorry i cant remember the name but i know it definetly works

How skinny are you? If your not skinny then you can try to get skinny because that gives the affect of bigger breasts. Don't believe the gain wait crap. That will just make you fat not have bigger breasts, my sister is skinny and has big breasts but when she had more weight on her they looked smaller.

Increase the size of your pectorals. Also, make sure that you stand tall with your shoulders back. Your breasts will stick out more, making them look larger.

Just answered this for another woman. You can't. There is absolutely nothing that will make your breast grow any bigger. Nothing. No drugs, devices, exercises, vitamins, supplements....nothing. They don't work and are a waste of money. Don't you thin if there was something that DID work, wouldn't it be HUGE news??? Of course. There isn't.
Surgery is it.

there are ways but all are harmful...
like taking estrogen injections .... even birth control pills increase your breast size...
simple way is to get pregnant :-)
