Did noah take dodos on his ark? If God preserved them why did he let them become extinct?

Read Darwin's evolution theory "survival of the fittest." Dodos had no defense against the invaders from the sea (humans, dogs, etc.), and were eaten until extinct.

if noah only got 2 animals in his ark, sure they would have a lot of babies, but who would those babies reproduce with? their brothers and sisters? seriously, animals are imprinted with the instinct not to interbreed. they would just stop there and soon die. so if noahs ark was true, there would be no animals today.
