i just made myself a midnight snack of a whole load of beans. ugh, now i feel all full and bloated.

wow, none of these people have a clue. like anything, fiber has calories, and extra calories (regardless of where it comes from) can be fattening. however, if you're comparing beans to candy or something, you're better off with beans because they contain fiber (will slow down digestion and decrease fat storage), as well as nutrients your body needs to function properly.

this is assuming you're eating regular beans (black, kidney, garbanzo, etc) instead of baked beans or refried beans.

well, you just ate stuff with alot of iron in it so if you had been anemic you took care of the anemia. I would go on the toliet for a few hours and just let out a few farts and you will be fine.

Don't light a match.
The best way to relieve gas is to get a bunch of pillows and lay your stomach over them with your knees bent-butt in the air to let the gas out.

they are full of fibor ...good for you and carbs about 4 points to a cup
