Yes the grave is hell and hell is to be thrown into the lake of fire. Jesus did overcome sin and death and did defeat Satan. Jesus has not suffered corruption. The devil is not in hell but will be thrown in ot the lake of fire.

There is a place of torment. It states in Revelations that they will be cast in the lake of fire for eternity. Jesus took only the key of death away from satan, not the key to hell satan doesn't hold the key to hell. He will be cast into hell also. No,the grave is not hell because the word of God also states that the dead in Christ will rise and be caught up in the air with him. At the great judgment all the dead and those that remain alive will be judged and He will say to those that are not covered by the blood of Christ "depart from me I never Knew you". Find an interlinear bible, it has the original Hebrew and the Greek and is the clearest translation that I have found. MAY THE ONE TRUE GOD BLESS AND KEEP ON YOUR JOURNEY FOR THE TRUTH!!!

Hell is the lake of fire and eternal separation from God - so no, the grave is not hell - it's actually a place. Jesus "took the keys of death and hell" from Satan when he rose from the dead on the 3rd day (not died on the cross). This was evidence Jesus has power over death.

Think about this
If there is a heaven, and you go there because you are good and god is in charge. And there is a hell, that you go to if you are bad and Satan is in charge.....Does that mean that god and Satan are working together. Seems to me that Satan would be working for God by punishing all the bad people.
Actually I don't beleive in any of this religious stuff. When you die, it is like turning off a light switch, no pain, no afterlife of any sort, just nothing and you don't know it cause you are dead

Its insulting that christians not only steal symbols and celebrations from Pagans, but Jews as well. I think Jews suffered enough from the Holocaust, but then agian the christians would rather forget about it so they can persecute the Jews some more.

No. Does that SOUND like a reasonable way for a god to act. Frankly, you don't seem all that reasonable, but would YOU invent all this hell stuff if you were god?
Me neither.
