My boyfriend tells his best friend EVEYTHING! like when we make out, how far he gets with me, EVERYTHING!
I dont mind if he talks to him and tells him SOMETHINGS but other things i want kept privet.
Like i used to cut myself a while back and i trusted him enough to tell him, he OF COURSE told his friend. I NEVER talk to this friend so how do i explain to him to keep his mouth SHUT sometimes?

Sounds like he is not respecting your boundaries. I would sit him down and explain to him that there are some things that you do not wish him to share with others.

just talk to him b like hey can we talk and just say i dont rlly like u telling ur best friend everything that goes on i know hes your best friend but some things are private and its between you and me you can tell him other things but not what we do how we do it that is a lil too personal and i dont like it so can you not tell him everything

Just say there are things that you want to keep just between you and him only.

I think you should tell him if he says anything else you won't even kiss him. And you shouldn't be with anyone that you don't trust.
