would you do it?

Well I have faced that very question...and said yes.
What can I say, it was really really really hot while it lasted. Of course we quickly got caught and everything came crashing down. I broke my Gf of over 5 years' heart. That is the worst thing I have ever done in my life, which likely goes for the wife too since she did the same to her husband of over 10 years. So the answer is that it isn't even worth it. Significant others (both male and female) tend to have a 6th sense about cheating when it occurs. They will just feel something is wrong and try to figure out what it is. If you like causing immense pain and ruining years of work with either your spouse or hers, and losing your own personal sense that you are a moral and good person, by all means do it. The sex will be spectacular... and spectacularly evil. I can honestly say doing it ruined my life by taking away the most important person in it.

don't make a move cause the woman is married and just wants to probably have a fling with you to get back at her husband if he cheated. Also I am not a man

Don't do it because it could get violent if the husband finds out.
