apples 100%. apple juice is too fake with all the sweetners and additives. plus apples have fiber and remember " an apple a day keeps the doctor away"

Apples are nice in there own way but if your looking for the same you want apple cider it has the complete apple in the juice.It depends how you want to carry the item.Apples are easier to carry .

APPLES!!! You don't have to worry about the added sugar and wierd ingredients that apple juice has in it....and the fruit tastes great. Sometimes, I sprinkle Splenda on my sliced apples if they're not too sweet. mmmmm

Apples, of course. Especially if you eat them with the skins on them. That's where most of the vitamins are.
