Excedrin - I don't think it's available in the UK, but as it contains paracetamol (acetaminophen) aspirin and caffeine, you could look for an equivalent. A good one is Morisons extra power pain reliever that has exactly the same ingredients.

No but if you can't find it take Tylenol or Advil and drink a coke. Excedrin migraine is pain medication with caffeine. I used to do this all the time back in the days before Excedrin migraine
