New York, where to sleep??

Hi to All. I'm from Italy and will be making a trip to NYC from Mar 28 to Apr 7. Do you know of good, clean and CHEAP places to sleep? Hotels, motels, B&Bs for about 2-3 nights? We 6-7 adults.

The NY YMCA is the perfect place to stay. Cheap, clean and centrally located.
