3 scoops vanilla ice cream

Put about 3/4 cup vanilla ice cream in a blender (three good scoops). Take 4-5 Oreo cookies, put them in a plastic baggy and crush them up with a rolling pin, if you have one. If you don't have a rolling pin, use a jar or plastic glass in which you can put one hand and roll it over the baggy as though it was a rolling pin. Put that into the blender. Add 1/3 cup of milk (or whipping cream will make it even richer, not whipped cream, the liquid whipping cream). Blend until all ingredients are well incorporated. I sometimes stretch it a little and put in a tablespoon or two of chocolate syrup.
Just experiment with these ingredients and the amount of each until you find what pleases your taste. Even a "lesser grade" smoothie will taste good enough that you will not throw it down the drain.

To make a Cookies and Cream Smoothie:
1. Buy a can of Spiru-Tein Cookies & Cream Shake Mix
2. 2 cups of milk
3. Pour ingredients into a blender
4. Blend until extremely smooth
5. ENJOY!!!!!

Ben and Jerrys do a icecream by the name Oatmeal Cookie Chunk. You should get it in the local supermarket.
3 Scoops of the above icecream
200ml Milk (Should be well chilled)
Sugar according to taste.
Blend all the above ingredients.
Serve garnished with cinnamon powder.
