No!

I think that there is a God. I cannot prove it. I think that any religion that claims to be the only way to God is a lie. Can I prove that? No. Can you prove otherwise? No!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The bible is proof that Paul was a greedy homophobe, nothing more.

I think you are on to some things, but maybe you should relax with the opinions, open your mind and become informed. I think that you might find that while religion cannot prove God as a material being, you will find (if you give it an honest chance -- and I emphasize honest) that there can be a very nice and fulfilling complement to faith and religion. You might actually find that it will lead you on a good spiritual track that will guide you to some of the questions you have -- not by insisting on your adherence, but by offering some possibilities that you, and only you, can accept for yourself. But closing doors on possibilities will get you stuck in a rut. Perhaps you should quit looking for proof about all of the nonsense you described above and just do a little exploring first. Just a thought.

Different people have different proof based on their belief. For Christians its Jesus, he was said to be a messenger from God. But i religion the term Faith means: Belief for something that there is no proof of. Plus, you answered your own question. You were just stating what you believe, This is Yahoo Answers. If you want to state what you believe use NPR's this i believe program but they will probably think your belief is just as ridiculous as i do so you probably wont get in anyways. Plus, Paul could of been all those things. You point these out like your perfect.

"Is absence of evidence of God evidence of the absence of God?" No. i think of you're leaning greater into the portion of agnosticism. (atheism and agnosticism are no longer jointly unique). i'm an Agnostic Atheist. i've got not got self assurance interior the existence of deities, yet i do no longer completely rule them out, the two. i for my area, experience that the existence of deities isn't likely (however attainable). I additionally experience that maximum individuals of theistic religions are guy-made, and impossible. You reported a controversy of the load of evidence. it constantly lays on the guy making the astonishing declare. If I have been to assert there have been a flying spaghetti monster, you're able to ask for evidence, and rightly so. There won't be able to be evidence that gods do no longer exist. What you're able to do is initiate from an independent factor. The evidence does not unavoidably help a divine author. Theists commonly tend to lean that way by way of their upbringing and social environment. you're able to constantly initiate with the question and have a look into to locate the respond. you're able to in no way initiate with the respond and have a look into to in large condition the question to it.

What about if you tried to prove to God that you want to be with Him? Because if you do not want to be with Him, you will not. This life here is a temporary assignment, eternity is a long time. Think about that.

You are right (again), but if you want to believe in god, the proof you need is faith.

Note: Next time, don't answer yourself again

Well, I was going to answer "no," but apparently you've already answered your own question, so now I'm curious as to why you asked it in the first place.

Nope, and there never will be until a god visits us in person. "God" was an idea created as a way to give people hope. That's all.
