Starving yourself confuses your metabolism. You should first educate yourself on healthy eating habits, better choices. Perhaps journal caloric intake on a daily basis until these better choices become habit. Then begin to implement a manageble training routine that becomes your lifestyle. Unfortunately there is no 'quick fix', like stopping eating, to reach these goals. It's been tried people just end up makeing themselves sick. Chances are you probably already look great!

You answered your own question. You won't lose ANY weight by starving your body. It knows you are starving it and it will hold on to every, single calorie and fat gram you have in your body. You have to eat to lose weight.

You can actually gain mmore weight by restricting or starving.Your body goes into a survival mode and stores calories, so when you do eat you are actually eating double. The only way to lose weight is to burn more calories than what you are consuming.

Because when you starve yourself, you body goes into survival mode and stores all the calories you do take in in order to keep your vital organs functioning so you don't die!!

Once you put your body into starvation mode it goes into an emergency mechanism so that no matter what you put in your mouth, it stores it as fat.

it is NOT healty to starve yourself instead exercise and eat healty
