what should i do because i downloaded a couple before and they worked but now im trying to preview them to see if they work before the yfinish and none of them will work

only download mpg or mpg2 or avi files the icon looks like media player icon dont download any orther file type
and use HT-MPEG-ENCODER to convert your avi files to play in media player you can download free Divx player with converter

watch out for the format if your just seeing the visuals for like when the music is played then you need a codec (Divx.com) its free if not that then i would say limewire isnt the place to get movies anymore... i've stopped using Limewire casue i was getting all trash but sometimes you get l,ucky and find something good here go this website and see if you find what your looking for
