She tells everyone, including me, that we are merely good friends. We touched feet lately under the table at a meeting, but could it have been an accident our feet stayed together for a few minutes? She talks to me about anything, and she listens to any advice I give her lately. I have now talked to her two times about being friends or more, and I recently told her I need to tell her more. She has always been eager to hear what I have to say "as a friend", but she denies any feelings for me. Why is she so eager to know how I feel??

Because she likes you but is confused and probably doesn't know what to do with the situation. If she's a friend talk to her about the situation and tell her exactly how you feel.

Good Luck!!!

Sounds like a good platonic relationship. Don't mess it up. If she wants to know what you have to say as a friend then you tell her, as a "friend". You two know for yourselves if it's something more, but there's no need discussing what is already obvious. Then if your "friend" wants to talk to someone else, which she probably does, you shouldn't get jealous. You probably will but you've no real right to. Keep your "friend" and your S.O. apart and separate and you've got no problems. But if your "friend" is keeping you from having a girlfriend, then there's issues because she probably has some other "friends", or a real bf, in the background you don't know anything about, not that you need to.

Of course worst case scenario she really is your friend and you're tripping and you're just full of yourself. Don't mess that one up either ...
