Any chance you could give us a little more info as in the age of the cat. when this started, her litter habits, and any other changes youv'e noticed it's hard to help you with so little information You could try and play with her if she doesn't play at all then she's sick and you need to get her to vet. But if you could give us more info maybe we could get some ideas for you. One thing make sure she has fresh water and a clean litter box as well. Hope to hear more about this cat.

How old is your cat? Because when cats get older they just want to chill and take life easy and they tend to be lazy. If Cheedo is young then take him to the vet. For the eating part, well lets just say cats Loooooooove food.

Do you have toys for your cat? Look on the cat food and only give Cheedo the amount of cat food per day that a cat of his/her age and size is suppose to eat. Maybe Cheedo is overfed.

make her play with a string or something. hide from your cat but make sure to make eye contact and eventually your cat will come running to you like crazy and jump on you (it doesn't hurt)
