I think it is good of them to face the problems and try to do something about it now, before it gets out of control, like other states. (Cali, tx etc.......)
The numbers don't lie, the tax payers are picking up the bill, it is not fair to us or our children. The federal level doesn't want to do anything for fear of ticking off their backers so they are leaving the states to deal with it on their own. The sad thing is that once local and state politicians try to pass laws and get tough you have organizations out there (aclu and co.) bringing up law suits, it's ridiculous.
Indiana has the right to do what they want to, I applaud them.

I'm100% behind it.I live and work in Indiana.People here are sick of this crap.I hope they start where I work because if they did they would have to get rid of a third of the employees and then we might have some bargaining power to raise wages!

This shoudn't be done in just one state...it should be done throughout the country.
