use a word reconizing program, search the web for one, other than that is impossible because the whole point of pdf's is to stop people from copying and pasting

Scan the document using a scanner that has OCR software--this will allow you to choose to convert the PDF image to a Word document.

Be sure to proofread the document carefully (when it opens in Word) since OCR (Optical Character Recognition) is not perfect--you may have to select and delete any stray marks and correct spelling (where it did not read the image correctly.
