Technically yes, but in reality I think is just about the same. In both cases the individuals see and caress each other and even more things at time. If someone told me "Oh I'm still a virgin, but I have had oral sex," I would immediately assume that the state of being a virgin no longer exist! Being a virgin consist of being prude to yourself and body, not simply of "not doing it" or "having it inside of yourbody."

Oral is still a form of sex though technically you are still a virgin..
Kids are having sex younger and younger now a days.. I am only twenty five, but I still remember high school.. and the mistakes made..
Just dont go getting pregnant before you graduate! You'll muck up a good part of your youth that way.. college is way more fun than high school. College would've sucked with a kid!

It is still considered to be a kind of 'sex' so dont let the word 'virgin' mislead you to believing it only stands for sexual intercourse.

Yes, as long as you still have your hymen, you are still a virgin. You can have oral sex all you want and even anal but if you keep your hymen, you're still considered a virgin.

i would say for a woman yes you are still a virgin untill your cherry so they call it is popped. if you are a man and the guy ejaculated then i would say yes and no. yes because your penis has been other then in thier hand and no because they havent penetrated into a woman yet...
