No law can be made that effects freedom of speech. You can say what you want to say. You just have to be prepared to face the consequenes (good or bad) of your speech.
For example:
You can say nice things about someone and they can thank you for it.
OR
You can say viscious things about someone and everyone can brand you a racist. Doesn't mean it's against the law, just that no one agrees with you.
