heres my problem
my freezer froze my frozen meals soild -(I have those healthy choices meals in the freezer and they have been frozen soild, I'm wondering if they are still safe to eat? even though they have been in the freezer a long time
(say 2 to 3 months?)

Freezers are supposed to do that. The question is: what is the expiration date on the package AND do the packages appear to be intact OR does it look like they might have damage (freeze/thaw or freezer burn?). If everything appears normal, go to the link below and follow the instructions or call the manufacturer of the product (they usually have an 800# on the package) and a customer service rep will tell you what you want to know.

yes as long as they were frozen they're fine...i keep them in the freezer for up to 6 months at work

no way dont eat it cuz for one its probably freezer burnt and for 2 since its freezer burned its not gona taste very good.
