what should i do to get longer hair?

trim once a month. to remove split ends. use a pick when hair is wet to reduce damaged ends. dont overstyle or dye alot. prenatal vitamins will help hair and nails grow to. also massage scalp when washing. put in conditioner and leave in till your just about ready to get out of the shower. then rinse.

you should mix 'castor oil' with 'olive oil' and apply it regularly to your hair. like overnight -twice a week and wash it off in the mornings. this increases the growth process. apart from that use a good shampoo and keep changing your shampoo and a nice conditioner. for further shine in the hair-empty a beer can on your hair after conditioning. and go for your regular trimming(just a trim on the edges) i myself got hair extensions,but that's more for volume than length. but try the above - will surely help !

Don't cut it . My hair is pretty long and VERY healthy. I get it cut about every 4 months and only have my hairdressor "tip" the ends and even everything out.
I think whoever said cut it more to make it grow- was wrong - or a hairdresser who wants your business.

trim the ends and wash your hair with garneir fruictis long and strong shampoo and conditioner!

take prenatal vitamins. they are available at any drugstore. They are just vitamins, they are used for women who are pregnant, but they are great for hair and nail growth.

you could get extentions or you could not cut your hair for a while and let it grow
