why does god make some people beautiful,birthed to rich parents and not have any mental illnesses in the brain and other people downs syndrom hitiously ugly birthed to poor parents living in africa dying of aids???? o god is such a loving giving man isnt he?

o yea and dont say 'they did it to themselves god has nothing to do with it' because if god created us he created that person to have downs syndrome and be hitously ugly

Why do people keep forgetting that Satan's goal is to try to destroy and defile what God creates? God doesnt make anyone "grotetesque"... Satan does.

If Adam and Eve had only listened to God and not disobeyed we would all still have protection and provision from God without disease and affliction. None of the horrible things that you mentioned would be. But they did not listen and they disobeyed and human beings, animals and all creation are living in a fallen state until God returns and restores it.
The Bible told us and it told our forefathers how to live and not sin against God then He would not put any of these diseases or afflictions on us. The Bible tells us that a curse, without a cause, does not come. Proverbs 26:2 "As the bird by wandering, as the swallow by flying, so the curse causeless shall not come."
Exodus 20:5 "Thou shalt not bow down thyself to them, nor serve them: for I the Lord thy God am a jealous God, visiting the iniquity of the fathers upon the children unto the third and fourth generation of them that hate me."
The curse, without a cause, does not come. Sometimes and quite often to be forgiven and to be released we must denounce the sins of our fathers which have come down to us.
God loves us so much that He tells us what exactly must be done.

Consider the possibility that God (if he or she exists) has a different idea of what makes a person beautiful than you. So the people you see as beautiful God may see as ugly and vice versa.
