Depends on the school system and district. a firsr minor fight can be the following,
-suspended 3-10 days
-in school suspention
-staterday school
-warning
a serious fight or other offence can be
- suspension-10+ days
- reccomdation to the school bored for expultion
-aressted and suspention

In grade school? When they get home, their bare bottom will spend a good amount of time over my lap. Yep, it will most likly be glowing in the dark for awhile. I don't put up with breaking school rules.

my son is in elementary school and had been picked on by the same kid and nothing done about it. then my son hit the kid and got in a fight after one of the picking incidents at school. they both got iss for four days. but the kids leaves him alone now.
