Is it low to no carbs or no sugar. And does fat hinder weight loss progress or is it non evasive and is just a health risk that has no bearing on losing weight?

To the person who answered and TRIED to correct me I suggest you check your dictionary. Mine says non evasive and it's a webster and doesn't even list a word close to noninvasive. And it DOES pertain.

different diets work for different people. there's not just one for everybody. balanced diet, portion control, exercise are all necessary. fat doesn't hinder progress and the word is noninvasive, which doesn't pertain at all. read all you can and use what works for you.
