i heard that drinking raw uncooked eggs helps with bodybuilding and health
is this true?
and how much should a 14 year old who wants to be a boxer drink?

Well, the protein certainly helps with muscle building, but I wouldn't do raw eggs. It's a slim chance, but you could get salmonella bacteria from raw eggs. And that's really unpleasant.

I'd just try to get four or five servings of lean protein a day, like egg whites, (cook them) chicken, beans, and lean beef. Eat plenty of veggies, and limit the white starchy refined carbs and sugars. And get lots of exercise, particularly muscle building ones like weights and calisthenics.

eating raw eggs can be dangerous due to the salmanella factor.
I wouldn't advise it.
instead, drink power shakes to build muscle.

At 14 you should not be muscle building hard enough to need supplements.
