It's spelled "celebrate" with a C-E-L-E, not C-E-L-I as in "celibate."
And what would be the sentence where you'd put the word "celebrate" instead of "celibate"? One is a verb and the other is an adjective, so I can't really think of a sentence where they'd be interchangeable.
I know, I know, it's just a joke. But it would be a better joke if it made more sense.
