Yea i know how you feel, my boyfriend is exactly like that, so whenever he asks me to meet up or spend the night over, we end up having sex all night.
So the best thing to do is, tell her that you're ill, tell her u got a terrible tummy ache, or that you're having dinner with your mates cause it's his birthday.
Or this is my favourite, tell her you got a stomach bug and a terrible headache and you just need to rest alot, that is what the doctor says.
It always works for me or my mates, so good luck.

how much is all the time? Just be honest with her.Explain that you are just not as interested in sex as she is, and be understanding of her needs to. Then think of ways for HER to have fun without you. She most likely just wants to feel good all the time, tell her to get a porn.

Sorry to say but I know exactly how your gf is feeling, I want sex all the time an my bf just doesn't fancy it, he just turns over and goes to sleep...believe me when I say I almost punched him one night, he had to hold my fist!
Buy her a rabbit and if you can't rise the occassion then you can use the rabbit on her...give her some kind of pleasure, it doesn't have to go the whole way to intercourse.

just explain to her how you are feeling and try and find out why she is so insatiable. it may be for a couple of reasons..
a) you make her feel (physically) really good and wants to keep that feeling.
b)the only way she thinks she feels loved or love is by having sex. it may be that doing the act confirms your love for her. which then is a deeper problem.
c) boredom?
which ever way this is , you might want to delve deeper into this as to get to the root of the issue.
If you are feeling forced to, that is not healthy either.

How about telling the truth in a nice way...say dang baby you got that good good but i mean I cant make myself ( you know what i mean) and I am no superman now...or tell her you got to help me out with some new ways to do what he do Or to make it better honesty is the best policy.

try going out 4 walks w/her. let her know that u don't want 2 get bored w/doing the same thing all the time w/her. u want 2 enjoy her n other ways than sex...

tell her that you think it will get boreing if you two keep going at it so often and that you dont want to lose her love.,,,,,,,,,yeeeeuk.

why the hell would you refuse? my x fiance was crazy and she wanted to all the time to just go with it dude cause when you 2 break up it's gonna suck cause ur still use to her wanting it all the time and dude get it while you can and honestly any guy wants a girl to just always want him. dude she wants you this bad and you dont give it up she may start cheating cause she wants it and you cant provide it

Is it that you don't want to, or that you can't? If you're under 30, see a Doc, if you're over 30 tell her you have some limits.
Use alternative way to solve her problem.
