Terrorism in Nagaland , Manipur,Assam, Kashmir etc have different reasons. So also the Naxalite insurgency.

I certainly don't know all the ins and outs, but we can confidently say that nutrition/food is a major contributing factor. Lack of adequate nutrician motivates people like few other things and makes them vulnerable and suceptible to being indoctrinated into terrorist groups.

the international needs a police stress that isn't any longer affiliated with any authorities. This police stress should be very small and extremely efficient. at the same time as an act of terrorism is dedicated, this police stress shall commit an act of terrorism adverse to the terrorists that's ten cases as poor because the first act. That way, each and every man or woman on earth is conscious that in the adventure that they commit an act of terrorism, then a reciprocal terrorist action will be dedicated adverse to his own human beings, or faith, or kinfolk, or usa. This sounds poor, yet we want to make the retaliation for terrorism far worse than the act itself. Then human beings will start up blaming the terrorists instead of calling them martyrs.

But the important thing is that Insurgents have always denied terrorism. Several authors have recorded a chronological development of Insurgency taking place in different parts of India. All these insurgents have considered themselves as revolutionaries only.

Neglect by the Central Govt. over the years of all these areas has led to dissatisfaction amongst the people. Previously it has been the states in plane areas with concentrated strength of voters which could draw politician's attention.
