As far as I know, prudest is not a word, so it would have no meaning.

Right a prude is: a person who is excessively proper or modest in speech, conduct, dress, etc...
So I guess being prudest is when you don't like/are prejudice to people who are prudes.

Someone who isn't sexually open. I have a friend and if you mention even kissing a guy - she says "EW!"
