He cant see anything aside from dots and shapes (as he explains it) he feels pain when he moves his eye!!! is this normal, hes a boxer and has never felt this sensation!!! can you tell me what may have happened

the retina got torn away from the wall. pretty common amongst boxers. Why doesn't he have a trainer explaining this to him? Not really the kind of sport that a person should be self- training on. None-the-less, if he doesn't get proper treatment he could (and probably will) lose sight permanantly. That is assuming that the damage isn't already done. Get him to help fast as(as in now) and make sure he doesn't jar himself any on the way. this really is serious.
