Aren't ethnic foods great? Although spring rolls may seem really healthy i'm not sure if they actually are because they are deep fried. From my experience, the healthiest ethnic food would be Greek because the olive oil that they cook most things in is very good for you. If you're into ethnic foods you might want to try Malaysian food. There aren't that many Malaysian restaurants out there but if you don't like spicy things i'd recommend the Hainanese chicken rice. Coconut rice is also very good and for desert try a tapioca pudding. For chinese try going for dim sum because you can try a little bit of each type of dish and sometimes the food even comes round on little carts!

Try Japanese delicacies. It could be very effortless to get addicted to it! Especially sushi and miso soup, not anything is fried and seaweed is filled with nutrients and antioxidants. Don't concentrate to Keana, my Vietnamese peers name the rolls you defined spring rolls and those she talks approximately are referred to as Vietnamese egg rolls. Another first-class factor you could revel in are healthful burritos from Mission Burritos or a further position like that. I consistently get them in a bowl with a tortilla on a facet so I can prohibit my carbs consumption. You can decide upon what is going on your burrito from extraordinary types of meat, vegetables and sauces. If you're feeling relatively adventurous take a look at a few grilled fish tacos, they're yummy and well for you as good. Kudos to you for being open minded and short of to check out new matters! Most of the persons will not ever become aware of new flavors for the reason that they only are to afraid to come back out in their "burger zone". Have a laugh with it!
