"Bible" is not an English word. It is a Greek word and means "the books".

Quran, Qu'ran, Koran, those are all different spellings of the same English word given to the scriptures of the Islam faith. It may be the same sound as a word that means something (holy book maybe) in arabic but because you wrote it with roman letters, you are talking about an English word.
Die Heilige Schrift just means "the holy writings". Not unlike "the good book" in english. The words we use to name something don't have to be unique or even unambiguous (there are other good books in English, very few would have the audacity to call a book 'the' good book)

as every religeon has a Holy book, the christians folow the Bible and the Mohammedans follow the Quran.
the bible has been translated into most languages but muslims usually learn Arabic to read the quran in the original text. the name hasnt changed, its still quran or sometimes spelt koran.
since quran is more of a proper noun, i dont think itll hav a translated meaning in another language like english.

God bless you! As the name 'Quran' being a proper noun, that's Y it will remain Quran even in english, Arabic, Persian or in any other language.
You might have noticed that it is well recognized when written as 'Quran' by most of the people.

It should remain Qu'ran. Some people try and Anglicize it as Koran, but that seems ignorant.
