I just saw it written again. Please explain that concept to me. Then please explain why you have the right to judge?

Do Muslims attack other Muslims the way that Christians attack other Christians?

Geeez, I am not that I don't believe in any religion at all.

Just curious. Does God also think that there are "fake" Christians? Does He care?

theres a great website that covers my thoughts on the true/false christian debate.

Real Christians
One of the most frustrating aspects of conversing with Christians has to do with the definition of the term Christian itself. It's easy for anyone to point the finger at the history of Christianity and show its atrocities…the Crusades, the Inquisition, the Nazis… But it is equally easy for someone else to say, "They weren't True Christians."

Now just what do you say to that? (If you're smart, you say nothing and walk away. But I'm not always smart.)

It seems that every Christian has their own definition of what it means to be a Christian. Silly me, I always thought a Christian was one who worshipped Jesus Christ as his/her savior. But to listen to some people, there's far more to it than that. Now, they can't come to an agreement on what those things might be, but they all insist that anyone who doesn't fit their special little definition isn't a Christian. The bible itself isn't clear on the subject, either. But then, the bible is full of contradictory passages, so this should be no surprise.

Some examples of the modern Christian's perspectives... I know of no Christian who accepts that Hitler and the Nazis could possibly have been Christian, despite Hitler's many speeches and writings, despite his words to friends, and despite the vocal beliefs of many of his followers. Similarly, groups like the KKK "aren't Christian," either, even though they constantly refer to Jesus. Catholics? No, they're not True Christians, according to many Protestants. And vice versa.

I've been told that the behaviors of some "supposed" Christians aren't in keeping with the Scriptures, which teach forgiveness, love, and kindness, blah blah blah…

Well, the thing is, some biblical writings do teach such behavior. However, the "good book" is also full of actual examples of the opposite, and from "godly" men, too. Overall, it's a situation of "do as I say, not as I do." And we all know how well that works.

If one were to approach someone described as not being a "real" Christian, they'd insist that they are as "real" as they come. And in their minds, they probably are. So what point is really made by saying they aren't? It's simply a way to dismiss them, to write them off as being pretenders. But that doesn't change the fact that they are, whether one likes it or not, a representative of their professed beliefs. They may not be representative of the best aspects of said belief, but few people are, no matter the beliefs.

To my way of thinking, if you call yourself a Christian, and believe yourself to be a Christian, then it doesn't matter a bit if others think you're Christian or not. It's just a situation of some Christians not wanting to accept that Christians can be scum, just like anyone else.

Fake Christians are the kind that know how to talk the talk but don't know how to walk the walk. They may have been born into a Christian environment and grew up going to church, knowing all the bible verse and songs and they may even believe that they are Christians. But they have never had the personal experience of accepting Jesus into their hearts as Lord and Savior and do not have the intimate relationship with God like a true Christian has. They don't walk with God in their daily lives, nor do they bear the fruits of spiritual growth. Such as we see many of them on YA speaking with hate or animosity towards unbelievers. A true Christian is an imitator of Christ and doesn't act like the world acts.Jesus said we shall know who are His true believers by thier fruits and how they love others.

It's extreme lack of confidence. They want so badly to "be proper" that they're moved to motive conflicts, which they then set out "to win" in any respect charges. When they cannot win a clash with optimistic conversations, they inn to making an attempt to belittle or insult others in an try to shrink their opponent and make themselves suppose just like the victor. In all equity I have obvious the certain equal conduct within the Pagan neighborhood as good....it is not only a christian drawback, it is a human drawback.

A fake Christian is one who says he's a christian but doesn't live like a christian.
Why do you care anyhow your an atheist?

You really have no idea. God knows everything, he is not deceived. Nobody has the right to judge. We can only tell you how God judges. And if you don't like that, too bad.

Yes, Muslims do. That's who's killing each other in Iraq - Sunnis vs Shias. Ain't religion swell?

And yeah, whenever someone disagrees with a "certain kind" of Christian, they start saying they're not a "real christian." Kinda nice to just call someone a "fake" when they disagree with ya? Well, not "nice" perhaps. But convenient!

A "fake" Christian is one who denies the Christian essentials, such as the deity of Christ, authority of the Bible, the trinity, the virgin birth, creation, and several others. We are told in the Bible to watch out for false teachers and heretics by the Lord and the apostles. Remember don't confuse the judgment of decision making with the judgment of condemnation. We all must decide what is right and what is wrong, the Christian just lets the Bible be the guide as to what that is. Because we as humans are prone to changing our minds so that right and wrong become what is best for me personally.

It's a person who doesn't understand the whole concept of what a christian is. A TRUE CHRISTIAN is one that is born again through god's only son Jesus. They must pray to repent their sins and accept Christ in their heart. Read the bible(god's word) daily, pray daily and attend church weekly. And bring others to know the lord. Then as an outward symbol of your new born again life you get baptized. Just saying you believe in god isn't enough there are steps to take.

By definition, a 'fake' Christian is a Christian who calls another Christian a 'fake Christian'.

According to their religion, they shouldn't judge others. So, any Christian who judges another Christian, is a fake Christian.
