DELIVED EGGS, A HIT EVERYTIME............
Hard boiled eggs
celery (chopped small)
onion (chopped small)
mayo ( I use only Hellemanns)
spices; pepper, oregegno, onion powder, garlic powder, parslley, paprika and chives.
Peel the eggs when done rinse off, cut eggs in half long ways. Take out yolks and put in bowl, take one or two of the eggs for some white put in bowl, mash up until very fine (u can put in the food processor) add the celery and onions, spices
and mayo mix well to blend use enough mayo so the mixture isnt dry. Spoon mixture into egg whites and sprinkle with paprika, chives and parsley... Theyll look pretty.......left over mixture can be put in a bowl and served on minature party bread or crackers....... Hope you Like.....Have fun.........

My favorite Superbowl treat is Shrimp Scampi. I get a half pound per person of (pre-cooked 31-40 shrimp per pound). I melt butter, garlic and onion drop in the butter and in 4-5 minutes and you have a delicious and easy snack!

I would go with some mini sandwhiches. They are easy to make, or you could order a party tray from subway or the grocery store. mini pig in a blankets are good also, just buy the cocktail weinies and some crecent roll dough, and roll em up and bake em.
