I've never been asked to lunch before by a guy (I'm a woman, ok). We've met and talked and have become acquanted but I'm NERVOUS and SCARED and dont really know how to best conduct myself.
And yes, sadly, I am an Adult

Just be yourself. He's obviously attracted to you and what he's seen so far. He's still the guy you've talked to before, so talk to him as if it was the same situation. There is no need to be nervous. He'll either fall head over heels for you, or you'll remain friends. Either way, you havent anything to lose, but you have everything to gain.

Hey no problem. Congratulations !!
All you have to do is make sure you have money to pay in case he expects you to pay half (hope not, but you never know).
Otherwise, just be your same cheerful, attentive, beautiful self. It's lunch, no formal stuff required. Don't even worry about the silences that occur. If you are comfortable together, some silence is good.
