This sounds like a pretty serious fight; an attack on the foot by a bird shows serious intent. Keep them in separate cages.
Bleeding can be stopped, if necessary, with cornstarch or flour, or even a small piece of tissue.
If the birds seem okay-- walking, able to stretch the wing out-- they should be fine. It doesn't sound to me like serious damage was done.
I don't know whether these two birds can ever become friends in the future. Any time together should be strictly supervised.

If the blood is still flowing, you should take them to a vet immediately! If its not, its still a good idea to take them for medical care in the next couple of days. If both birds survive their bloody ordeal, you should probably purchase another cage if one seems to continue on the violent behavior. All birds have different personalities, just like people. The more aggressive birds tend to be more territorial and separating them will save the less aggressive from the owies and give the aggressor peace of tiny mind.

Separate the two immediately and give your vet a call and if you can afford it a visit. They sell a great product I think called Qwik Stop or something that stops small animal cuts from bleeding. You an get it at most pet stores. Put it on a cotton ball and apply to the cuts.

1. Go to the vet and make sure that antibiotics are not needed and that there wasn't any other damage.

2. Keep them seperated. This means two different cages.

agree

Take them to the vet to make sure that there is no infection and that the wounds are not bad

SEPERATE them. It sucks, but it has to be done.
