Passport rules for entry into the US are changing. I have heard that Florida is offering incentive programs to encourage Canadian tourists to continue visiting. I guess they're concerned the snowbirds will stay away if they have to go thru the hassel of getting a passport.

I'm heading to Florida next month. The only incentive I know of was the deal Spirit Air was offering...$89.00 one way $0.08 return. 4 tickets for $487.00...wow, what a deal.
