just need to know the age, my boss was asking me(she owns the restaurant)and i couldnt get a good source through web search

You have to be 18 in MO to serve alcohol. Please see the link below for a list of states and their required ages to serve alcohol.

Usually, you can serve alcohol when you are 18 but you can't drink it until you are 21. This is the case in MO.

In Iowa my waitresses had to be 18 to serve. They could carry, but they couldn't pour. It doesn't make a lot of sense.
