yes most definatly.
i love some people but that just means i care about them deeply and would do alot of things for them. i would be devestated if anything ever happened to them.
i am in love with my boyfriend and he has my heart. hes the only person i think about when falling asleep. he gives me butterflies when he kisses me even though weve been togetther for awhile, hes the only person i want to be with. i am in love with him
its diffrent, in my opinion
((and in another opinion, you can mean 'i love you' before 6 months. love is not limited to anything not age, not time, nothing. you can say it 2 days later and mean it. its what your heart feels not what your relationship looks like))

You can say, "I love you" and mean a few different things by that. You can love someone and not be "in love" with them on a intimate or purely devotional level. If I say "I love you, it can mean like a sister, or even mean that I care a lot about you. If I say that "I'm in love with you", it can mean that I want to give of myself to you completely and want you in all aspects of the word "love". Not just that I think a great deal of you. It's a tough thing to explain, but I do feel there is a difference between the two.

I feel that saying I love you could be applied to almost any person that you have a relationship with whereas, being in love is more of a intimate relationship. The word love is defined in many catagories. The word agape is used to describe the type of love that only God offers. To sum it up, there are many degrees of love. Hope that helps some.

I love you - Even siblings can say that to each other.
I am in love with you - There is more to it than brotherly love. It means I have chosen you above every other person on this planet to be my lover, companion, soul mate, best friend, partner and even more.

Both are essentially the same. The latter is more emphatic. Grassy's love is the best it is better than all the rest. I am totally in love with you dear
I really love you

Yes a big difference.
"I love you" is a general sentence expressing
more than LIKE for you.
"I'm in love with you" expresses the DEEP feelings of involvement of your life. He/she is emotionally attracted to you and needs you.

yes- I love you could mean all sorts of things. Maybe he loves you like a sister, or like his favorite shirt, but I'm in love with you means he cares about just you, not any other girls.

Some people say "I love you" just for the hell of it.
I'm in love with you sounds better, why, I don't know.
You really can't say "I love you" until at least 6 months and mean it. That's just my opinion
