It is the food that you enjoy most and cooked by that person. and the food has to be healthy but not just a good presentation as most soi-disant chefs do in even top restaurants. The food might not taste good or be healthy.
it is the food that you like most and you know what has gone into it.
Most people would say that the best made foods are home cooked ..and may be mum or wife (if married) cooked them .
But I myself can cook a few dishes and you would lick your fingers if you happen to be served at my table!Some people are experts in a few recipes...
