I have a college interview soon (I'm the applicant) and I'm meeting my interviewer at a coffee house. I was wondering if I should offer to buy coffee for him as well as myself, or if I should just buy coffee for myself. If he offers to buy coffee for me as well as himself, should I accept, or politely decline and pay for my own drink?

You offering to buy might be seen as trying to bribe the officer. He may not be allowed to buy for you, but if he does offer, I think it would be fine to accept the offer. I suspect that each of you will end up paying for his own drink.

Get there 20 minutes early and already have your own before he gets there. This way if he choses to drink he will. Another way is if you like tea and if the coffee house you are going to offers pots you can order a pot and ask for an extra cup to offer if he would like it. It he would rather have coffee, he will say no thank you and request a coffee from the order taker. Offering someone a cup of tea when you are having one is not a suck up thing to do it is the polite thing. This will show you have manners.

Each buy your own, but if the interviewer offers to pay for yours then allow them to. Make sure you say "thank you".
If you try to buy the interviewer coffee you will be seen as a suck up.

I wouldn't offer to buy - don't want to be seen as currying favor! I'd make sure I had my own cash ready to pay so the interviewer knew I didn't expect him to cover me. If he offered to pay, I'd politely accept.

dont run for the coffee as soon as u go. wait for a few mins,,
im sure hell ask you if u like to hav a coffee.
if he dosent offer u coffee, then meeting in the coffee house dosent make complete sense,, so you ask if youll have coffee,, if he offers to pay the bill,,ask him if hes sure and say thank you.
if he dosent offer to pay then i guesss ull hav to spend for it.
