i used to be 88 lbs, but now im 103 (in a matter of 2 months). i want to lose 10 lbs because i cant fit into my clothes anymore.i just want a simple diet (say, 3-day diet)that's not so hard or painful or unbearable.
of course i will also be doing exercises to trim them down

i am not "too skinny" nor iam an American. i am only 4'11 in height so that makes a proportional weight for my height right?

You are right.. Your height is 4 11" which means about 155cm .
A good weight is around 90 lbs. But you ll need at least 2 weeks.
What is my advice?
Eat only normal portions of home-made food.
For 2 weeks dont buy anything like chocolate bars, soft drinks, fast-food, salty chips or pop corns, and no donuts or sweets, biscuits!
You will earn money and loose weight.
Eat 4-5 meals a day.
For breakfast eat low fat milk and cereals or a juice with no sugar in it and a slice of bread with marmelade.A boiled egg is also a good combination with some bread but no milk.
2 hours before lunch eat an apple or an orange or a fruit in general.
For lunch try to eat mum's food or cook sth instead of buying. Dont combine meat with potatoes or pasta. Eat what you eat usually but with no ketchup or sauces, mayonaisse which has many fats.One slice of bread is maximum . A green salad (lettuce or cabbage or broccoli) is what you need to make you feel full. Try olive oil.
In one week you should eat 2 meals with chicken or red meat, 1-2 meals with fish, and 3-4 meals of legume, vegetables or pasta.
In the afternoon eat a fuit again or walnuts with honey.
For the evening a sandwich a slice of bread with a slice of ham and cheese (no mayonaisse) is a good solution.Instead of that a yoghurt with some crackers will be good.Or just try again a bowl of cereals.
What you need before starting the diet is to go to a super market and a grocer's store and buy what you'll need.
Low fat milk
low fat yogurt
Cereals 1 pack bran containing and 1 pack with chocolate flavour as a different taste because you will not eat any other sweets
Vegetables as i mentioned before
Walnuts, almonds
Honey, marmelade with low sugar
Cheese and ham for your sandwiches
FRUITS! Oranges, apples, bananas what ever u find.
Remember to not eat fruits after lunch and dinner, only 1 -2 hours before.
Also you will drink daily at least 7 glasses of water.
In general instead of starving just eat normal portionsbut eat different and healthy food.Buy diferrent types of food and make your own meals.

P.S Try green tea, it helps in burning fat.
If u insist in a 3-4 day diet i say again that if u cut all what i've said (chocolate bars, soft drinks, fast-food, salty chips or pop corns, and no donuts or sweets, biscuits!) you will lose 4 lbs.
But drink many water and green tea!

A proper diet is the best way to lose weight naturally and keep it off. You have to eat a varied adequate and balanced diet. Your body needs all kinds of food to function properly including fat in smaller quantities though. Your body needs the nutrients and vitamins in fruits and vegetables the most, that is what you should eat the most of (at least 5 servings a day). You also need protein, and a little fat. Reduce your intake of sweets, fried food and foods that contain a lot of fat. Don't drink too many alcoholic beverages or soft drinks (they have a lot of calories). If you are an adult then you do not need to diet. Many women would kill to be 103!!
The Average American model weighs about 120.

well i think u shouldnt diet ur growing and u dont want to hurt ur body during this process trust me but if u excerisize it might help start taking vitamins it might make it so u dont eat ads much cuz ur geting the vitamins u need and jog for like 30 mins a day or somthin try that

umm i don't think there is a diet that isn't undberable that makes you lose 10pounds in 3 days.
