It is all primal. Men have a primal instinct to seek. Women have a primal instict to attract. Given the social taboo of exposure this excelerates the excitement of the view. Women who hide have been instilled with strict imposed moral values. If we were all striped of covering then cleavage would be no real issue. Females would perk up when aroused. Men would notice only those who are perky. Since we are covered. A women takes extra steps to attract. It has nothing to do with being slutty. It is a natural instinct. Everyone that disagree's has no concept of our core primal needs. Morality is a social imposed value not a natural value. Women if you like a guy cleavage on. You go gurl..Cuz it works. Let the prudes join together and enjoy a frustrating life of strict standards. You can be the soccer mom in the mini van with a marriage on the rocks... I admit, there are times when it is not appropriate to show. That does not rule out never showing...
