Was is like from a haircut? That's weird. But anyway, a hair is just like an eyelash your eye will naturally force it out. You'll probably tear up a lot but you'll be fine.

Ouuuch.
That happens to my cat all the time.
Get a wet Q-Tip and get it out, or flush your eye with water.
I use the Q-Tip thing on my cat, and unless she struggles a lot it's pretty easy to do.

isn't it driving you crazy? try taking your upper lashes and pulling them down over the eye it usually pops right out.
