I have a hight and weight test coming up soon. I make my weight by about 4 lbs for 71" no problem. But If I get shorted a half inch to a whole inch Im screwed. Is there anyway to ensure I can get and inch of height some how?

For starters, you get ONE post per question. You make multiple posts of the same question. Bad form, and against the rules here.

No.

And, for the record, height-weight "tests" are completely bogus. I have no clue who is doing this to you, but if it is for health screening, consider the following list of "obese" and "overweight" people (below).

If I was your parent (or if you are an adult yourself) I'd stop this process by threatening legal action.

Um, there's no way to make yourself grow. You are going to be whatever height your genes say it is. If you want to get to that goal faster, just get lots of sleep and eat healthy foods. But even that isn't going to affect it too much...

I guess just stuff your shoes with some toilet paper? =]

Better yet, lose some weight!

i come across that a strong stint on the rack does wonders for the body. merely get someone to winch you in really tight and also you'd be upto a three inches taller. for sure that is a steady procedure.....

I read this in Newsweek many moons ago. They have this operation in China to extend your height by operating your leg and then put a steel in it. I am not tall myself but I wouldn't do it
