OptiMSM seems to offer the best MSM supplements out there. I'll provide a link in the "source" section. According to MSM Guide (an online resource that's all about the benefits of MSM), Glucosamine / MSM is a natural way to help relieve joint pain.

I have been told many times that things like that are generaly the same in all forms so go for the generic and save money.
If you are looking for higher doses then I dont have the answer.

Well, since it is considered a dietary supplement, and just so you have enough positive thinking that it really works, why would it matter what brand to buy??? I just buy the generic at wal-mart...
