a2 is a very good anti-trojan, and its basic version is free for personal use. You can get it from the link, update it and then run a full system scan. It also catches a large number of spyware, as well.

Another good anti-trojan / anti-spyware is AVG (formerly Ewido) anti-spyware. You get all the benefits of the full version for 30 days, and then some features like resident shield will be turned off. Still, it is a great software.
AVG anti-spyware (Download this: avgas-setup-7.5.0.50.exe): http://free.grisoft.com/doc/5390/lng/us/tpl/v5#avg-anti-spyware-free

more information needed... things you can try tho... boot into safe mode and try and delete it there (hold down the shift key and press delete so it doesn't get sent to the recycle bin) or go to housecall.trendmicro.com for on-line scan (and attempted removal) to diagnose virus related files on your computer. you can alternately delete the file by booting with a windows live CD and removing the file that way. keep in mind that once you get a virus, your entire system is suspect as we don't know what other changes were also done at that time that have yet to be discovered... who knows if it didn't also install a back door or keylogger into your system which is undetected at present. it is recommended that you actually wipe your computer and reinstall from scratch and DON'T DO ANYTHING STUPID. No peer-to-peer programs, no warez, no IE. use firefox, oprah or something other than IE at all times. USE a firewall. don't allow attachments to be downloaded from people you don't know and always keep an antivirus up-to-date and running at all times (never disable an antivirus to install an application... even if it tells you to)

good luck and safe computing.
