Hm, have you told a doctor about this? How long has it been going on? It could be strep throat or something.
I would just have a cough drop...or is that a 'pastille'? =/
Or make yourself some lemon tea with lots of honey in it. That's what my dad used to do for me when I was little. =]
But if it's been every morning, then I think you should get it checked out in case you are sick.
**EDIT**
Okay, I just looked 'pastille' up in google, and it's basically a cough drop. Haha.

That could be indicative of a larger medical issue. You could have some sort of allergy of an Acid Reflux disease. Raise the head of your bed so that no stomach acid is coming up your esophagus, try an allergy pill a hour prior to bed time or try a humidifier or open a window at night. Ultimately you should see a physician.

you should go see a doctor. it might be something not really bad
you might have to have a extra heater in your room to keep it warm. and dress a little more at night. but most important if this has been going on for a long time go see a doctor just to keep it
safe.

You need to run a humidifier in your room at night and ideally should keep whole house humidified.
